A private clinic completed as an interior design solution with author supervision

The new health clinic, located in the Von Baer Health House in the Ülemiste City business district, is situated on the 4th floor of the building and spans approximately 200 m². Designed with modern and functional aesthetics, the private clinic features 8 treatment rooms, a staff lounge, several restrooms, and 2 comfortable changing rooms. The thoughtfully designed interior architecture ensures a cozy and efficient environment tailored to the needs of both staff and patients.
Curved metallic surfaces play a significant visual role, emphasizing modernity and professionalism while complementing the architecture of the health building.

The client represents the third medical center in Estonia, built upon the company's established visual identity. During the planning phase of the private clinic's medical furnishings and equipment, both the spatial program and interior finish solutions had already been defined, and construction work had progressed to the handover stage.

As part of the project, we assisted in positioning medical equipment and furniture, ensuring their functional placement across various rooms while achieving a balance of forms and finishes that align with the company's visual identity. We prepared detailed drawings for all custom furniture placements, coordinated the selection of work and seating furniture, and supported the implementation of all the aforementioned solutions. As a result, a cohesive and aesthetic interior design was created, meeting both the practical needs of the users and the essence of the company's brand.

Schematic Design
The staff lounge is designed as a multifunctional space – it supports both team breaks and the reception of guests and partners, being both practical and representative at the same time. The interior design reflects the architectural and aesthetic vision of the private clinic, starting from the exterior of the building and seamlessly continuing into the interior environment. The central design element of the lounge is the company's signature color – cobalt blue – which, together with natural wood accents, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere while maintaining a professional and refined ambiance. The use of wood veneer in the case furniture adds warmth and visual depth to the space. White details play a significant role, symbolizing purity and professionalism, while highlighting the clinic's medical nature. Blue accents emphasize trust and high service standards, providing visitors and staff with an aesthetically pleasing and inspiring environment.
